Russian Fudge.
Russian fudge is not a health food, eat in moderation!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 a cup of sweetened condensed milk,
3 cups of sugar,
1/2 a cup of milk,
a pinch of salt,
250 grams of butter,
1 tablespoon of golden Syrup,

Method:

Put 3 cups of sugar and 1/2 a cup of milk into a pot,

Now heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved,
Use quite a hot setting on the element,
keep heating and stirring the mix,
DO NOT LET THE MIX BURN OR STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POT, KEEP STIRRING THE MIX,

Keep stirring the mix,
Dissolve the sugar,

Add 1/2 a cup of sweetened condensed milk,

CAUTION: SUGAR GETS SUPER HOT, DO NOT LICK THE SPOON,
Keep stirring,

Cut 250 grams of butter,
Chop into small pieces to speed up the melting process,
Put the butter in the mix,

Keep stirring,

Add a pinch of salt,
And a tablespoon of Golden Syrup,

Keep stirring,

The mix will start to bubble,

Keep stirring,

The mix will start to bubble while you are stirring,
Turn the stove heat down a bit,

Keep stirring,

To test when the mix is ready,
Drizzle a small amount into a glass of water,
When the drizzle forms into ball like thickness it is ready,

Turn off the heat,
Put the pot on a cool surface,
like a bread board or chopping board,

Let the mix cool a little,

Using a whisk beat the mix,

Ready,

Pour the mix into a well greased cake tin,
Use a rubber spoon to get the mix out,
Remember it is hot,
DO NOT BURN YOUR TONGUE LICKING THE SPOON,

Let the Fudge cool on the bench,

When the fudge is starting to set,
Using a knife lightly score squares on top,
This will allow the fudge to cut nicely once it is set completely,

Put the fudge in the fridge to set,
