Scrambled-eggs made without using milk,

SCRAMBLED EGGS…eggs and only eggs!
炒鸡蛋…..只放鸡蛋 !

No Milk method is good because it’s cheaper and good for low lactose diet.
不加牛奶的方法好,因为它更便宜而且有益于低乳糖饮食。

This is a beautifully simple way to make satisfying and nutritious meal from one of nature’s miracle foods (Egg’s).
这是一个巧妙简单的做法:用大自然赐予的神奇食物(鸡蛋)制做满意又营养的食物。

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs per Adult,
2个鸡蛋/成人

METHOD:
方法:
Put a pan or pot on MEDIUM heat and add a dollop of butter or a tablespoon of your preferred cooking oil… (Rice oil, olive oil, avocado or canola oil…) This is the lubricant that stops the eggs instantly sticking to the pan.
中火给平底锅或锅加热, 然后加一勺黄油或你喜爱的食用油……( 米糠油,橄榄油,鳄梨或菜籽油) 这相当于润滑剂防治鸡蛋立即粘锅。

Butters Better for the best taste. (At our place we use butter because we love the way it blends with the eggs to make a ‘deep’ flavor)
用黄油味道最好。

Careful not to burn the butter, you cannot make the pan too hot.
小心不要把黄油烤焦, 你不能让锅太热。

Put the butter in the pan and when it has melted we are ready to go.
把黄油放在锅里, 融化后就可以开始了。

Break open 4 to 6 eggs into a bowl (for 2-3 people).
打4至6个鸡蛋放入碗中(供2-3人用)。

Whisk the eggs in a bowl so that the white and yolks are all mixed in.
在碗中搅拌鸡蛋以使蛋清蛋黄混合。

Add the eggs to the pan which now contains the melted butter….
把鸡蛋加入有融化黄油的锅中。

The egg’s will start to firm and set…
鸡蛋开始变坚实且凝结。

Keep stirring the eggs, moving and turning over with the folk.
继续搅拌鸡蛋,并用叉子移动和翻转。

Keep it all moving until the whole mixture has cooked.
保持移动直到整个做好。

While the mixture is still damp, add chopped spring onions, (or parsley) continue to stir for a little and then off the heat.
鸡蛋微湿时加入切碎的洋葱(或西芹), 继续翻炒一会然后关火。

Butter some hot toast and put scrambled eggs on top.
在热土司上抹一些黄油,然后把炒鸡蛋放上去。

Salt and pepper to taste.
加盐和胡椒粉调味。
