Spicy Chili, tomato and onion salsa .
This is a really fast and tasty side dish that will spice up any meal.
You can eat this as a side dish, on top of rice, in your tacos or add it to the top of a salad….
Chili is an good source of healthy things for your body.
We believe you should eat chili.

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Chili.
You can use red or green, mild or hot chili,
1 brown onion,
1 red onion,
2 tomatoes,
1-2 teaspoons of capers,
The juice of 1 lemon.

METHOD:
You can make salsa by chopping everything with a sharp knife.

Non-sponsored recommendation: We use our Braun turbo kitchen mate.
This is a great machine for fast and easy chopping, with many uses around the kitchen.

Into a medium sized bowl,
Roughly chop your tomato, onion and chili.
If you want less heat in your salsa remove the chili seeds and discard,

If you are not using a kitchen whiz you need to chop everything quite finely.

Put everything into your kitchen whiz bowl.
Cut your lemon and squeeze in the juice from both halves,

Get a good amount of capers (1-2 teaspoons),
Roughly chop and add them to your kitchen whiz bowl,

Give it a quick whiz,
Do you whiz your salsa too long, we do NOT want mush,
If your salsa has too much liquid you should strain a little out.

Serve in a bowl or as a side dish,

Great for any occasion.
Cover and this will keep well for 3-4 days in your fridge,
