INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot,
Malt vinegar.

METHOD:

Beetroot is really simple to prepare,
Wash and clean your beetroot bulbs,
Use a scrubbing cloth to scrub off the skin like you would a potato or carrot.

Cut off the top and tail of each beat.

Cut your beetroot into halves then cook in a saucepan and water until soft.
Use a pressure cooker if you have one.
Once your beetroot is soft leave to cool on a cold surface.
Be careful of the now red water, this will stain.

Cut your beetroot into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl together with malt vinegar.
