Creamy Mushrooms on Bagels.

INGREDIENTS:
Mushrooms,
Olivani,
Wholemeal flour,
Cream,
Bagels.

METHOD:
Wash and scrub your mushrooms.
We use a clean scotch bright pad. .
Slice all the mushrooms.

Put a frying pan on heat and add 2 tablespoons of Olivani
When the olivani melts add the mushrooms

if necessary turn down the heat a little

While your mushrooms cook lightly toast your bagels.
Spread olivani on top of the toasted bagels while the bagels are still hot.

Let the mushroom cook, stirring them occasionally.
When the start to soften they are getting ready.

Add a generous amount of fresh cream.
Let the cream heat and start to simmer.

Next sprinkle in some wholemeal flower.
We are using the flour to thicken the cream sauce.

Stir your flour into the cream so you have a lump free sauce.
Once your sauce is nicely thickened you are ready to serve.

Spoon a generous amount of mushrooms & cream sauce onto your bagels.

Enjoy your bagels hot or cold.
